A Little Bit of This, A Little Bit of That
For today's A Little Bit of This, A Little Bit of That, I figure we'd focus it on travel. It is summer after all, and many people are taking time out of their busy lives to actually enjoy themselves and have fun. A few friends of mine from high school have me green with envy with all their photos of places and food taken all over the world. Paris, Rome, you name it...
1. France- the building in the background of the photo below is the new Comedie Francaise, the only state theater in France. The famous French actor Moliere used to perform here.
2. Italy- Wendy's Lookbook is a blog that I follow. She was recently in Florence. And, just like me, she also fell in love with the city. Click on the link to read about her experience.
3. London- the hubby and I went to London a few years back now. We went during Christmas and met up with his sister, who was in Europe for a study abroad program. I loved London- the culture, the people... It was just so different from living here in America. Travel and Leisure, a magazine, has a special on London. With the summer Olympics around the corner, I'm sure London is one of the top places to go to this summer. It is basically an insider's guide to London.
4. Best Hotels of 2012- From New York to London, this list showcases the best hotels of 2012 that made it into Travel and Leisure.
5. A beauty- the picture below is of The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes in France. It draws about 6 million people per year and is one of Europe's Most Visited Sites.
