... the menu for tonight's dinner?
It's been a nice, sunny day today, slightly breezy but nice, nonetheless... And, I've been wanting some pork in mushroom sauce with rice for dinner tonight. I stopped by our local Fresh N' Easy for some pork and mushrooms. I've already had some beech mushrooms from 99 Ranch.
