Happy Tuesday!
'...it's a beautiful day in the neighborhood, a beautiful day in the neighborhood...' This song plays in the background as the little one is watching Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood. The little peanut is sick and seems to be better today than yesterday. It's been cuddles and hugs all day, everyday. :D
Crockpot cooking has been a blessing right now, especially with the little peanut being sick. It's just so easy to prep all the ingredients and throw everything in the crockpot and letting it cook in the background until it is ready to be served. Last Sunday, we had the Spicy Chicken Curry. You can find the recipe - here. It wasn't spicy enough for us that the little peanut also ate it and liked it. I think, next time, we make this, we will add more spices to give it more bite.
For tonight, we will be having Korean Beef Stew. Can't wait to try it out.
Came across this article about how to dress your toddler. Has anyone tried these tips?
Another article that I came across Babble, is written by Emily Schuman of Cupcakes and Cashmere. She is currently pregnant with her first child and she shared her thoughts on things she's learned from being one of the first of her friends to get pregnant. She's on point on the 5 things that she mentions and I agree with her. Let me know if any one of you felt this way.
Until, next time.
