sur la table :: Pork Teriyaki

Last night, we had Pork Teriyaki for dinner. It is a very easy meal to make, especially with having two young ones running around the kitchen. 

Although, last night was a rare event that I was able to get dinner ready by myself. Alone. With my glass of sparkling apple cider. (There was no chilled wine in the fridge.) The little lady had ballet and the two men in my life took her to class while I cooked.

It took me an hour to cook dinner. Not too bad! Fast, quick easy dinners are the way to go.
